Home grown status

If my player (ie Vallejo) is loaned for 3 years a row to another english team. Will he be home grown as england after this or should he be playing in my team?

He will be HG in England, but not HG at club. Oh, but it doesn't necessarily mean he'll get English nationality, that takes 5 years.
