This might sound like the most basic of questions but hey-ho.
I'm using Man City currently in my 3rd season and I'm looking at other clubs youth players that have came through their youth, for example: Bayern, Barca, Madrid(Best 3 teams I know). Anyway, they all seem to have some pretty decent youth players aged from 15-17 who look like wonderkids.
I am wondering if there is a way I can increase my percentage of getting some of these home grown talented wonderkids so to say.
I am also aware you can ask your board to increase the youth recruitment, training etc etc. Is that the way I will have an increased chance of getting wonderkids through my youth system or is a like a pick of a hat kinda thing.
Also, it would be nice to know if any of you lot have had some top talent come through and what have clubs you're at.
