In this challenging save/story I will be taking my hometown Guildford FC from the Combined Counties Premiership, this league is currently in the 8th tier of leagues in English Football, I will need 4 promotions to reach the Football league and 8 promtions to reach the luxurious Premier League. This is going to be one **** of a challenge for me to complete and get to the Premier league and hopefully Champions league sucess.

If anyone could just leave any comments about how the story is set out or to just generally let me know your reading it would be much appreciated, as normally I lose interest in saves as I have no support but just a couple people letting me know they reading will motivate me to continue this story consistently.

Thank you and I hope you enjoy my journey from Farmers Field to Champions league Champions.

That's one heck of a challenge mate! Good luck!!

Goalkeepers:

Two young, inexperienced goalkeepers who could be quality in the future but It's all about now, can they perform this season? I hope so.

Defenders:

Only two real outstanding defenders in my team, A quality right back and a brilliant centre back and to be Captain. Other than that it's all young defenders with a good future.f

Only one standout midfielder, Ben Walshe, Other than that the rest of the team is full of players with plenty of potential.

The one man I have all my faith in, Nuno Periera, He has unbelievable quality for a player at this level, looks like he could score 30+ goals per season.

Sorry about the pictures, Hopefully these pictures will work and give you a good squad overview

Just to keep the story moving on quickly I will be doing updates every 6 months until we reach either The conference premier or in League 2.

Just thought this was an interesting piece of news to share, we have had takeover only about 3 months into the save. Nice to get one so early on and hopefully they can keep our finaces steady while we rise up the leagues.

Was quite fascinated to find out that the man who took over us was James Beattie, nice to see him get into ownership.

2014-2015 Season 1, HALF WAY REVIEW POINT:

Absolute amazing first half to the season, we have an average of 2 points per game and I feel like we can go onto win the league. It's an great start to my journey.

I was checking out average attendances and in last place was, Badshot Lea, they have an average attendance of 3!Only 3 people go to their games on average.

I set Nuno Periera a target of 25 goals in all competitions this season and he has almost delivered that in half the season. He has grabbed himself an amazing 21 goals already, the way he is going he may even reach 40+ goals. Ben Walshe has been pivotal in the midfield supply the assists to most of Pereira's goals. Both are the top 2 in the leagues average ratings.
