Is it possible for my country to bid for hosting a world cup in the game, for example for world cup 2022 some south east asia nation hosting the world cup??

You don't have any control over who FIFA chooses to host the world cup, but it is possible for it to be held in the country that you're managing. The country needs to have good stadiums though.
