How can any create this tactic of Carlos Bianchi or Marcelo Gallardo?

Hello!One question: I am interested in creating (or recreating ) the tactics of Carlos Bianchi in Boca del 1999 to 2001 and 2003.I would also like the tactic of Marcelo Gallardo in the River , 2014 .Both plays with 4 - 3 - 1-2 or 4-4-2 .Thank you very much
