how can i find good youth internationals

hi im trying find good youth players for my youth team prefferably free anybody got tips on finding youth players that are out of contract or cheap i want make my club competitive at all levels cheers

Look for Russian regens, if you get them early enough you can get amazing regens for 7k in compensation.

how do i find them mate i like getting a few internationals in my youth team aswell isnt there away i can do these through a search
