How can I get the best out of Andy Carroll?

Andy Carroll is struggling to score... Well, he hasn't scored for me yet.

Should I just sell him or do you guys know how to get him scoring(not just from set-pieces).

Set him as a target man support with 2 attacking wingers who float crosses in. He will score and assist once you get the philosophy right
