How can I improve a players workload and teamwork

Basically I'm signing Vladimir Weiss in the summer on a free transfer and ideally I'd like to slot him into my formation straight away, I'll be looking to play him as an advanced playmaker in the supporting role and I was wondering if there's anything that i can do to improve his workload and teamwork.

The only thing you can do is to put him on a individual role training as Advanced Playmaker

First click on the training button on his page.

I think you can train those stats specifically in the individual training menu for him when he joins your club, or if you wanted to improve them whole team wide then rotate through the team training of Fitness which will increase work rate along with other stats and Tactics which focuses on Team work along with other stats.

Teamwork and Work rate are not on the specific attribute training menu
