How can i improve my Southampton squad, 3rd season??

Hello fellow managers,

In my save i have been southampton for almost 2 seasons, i am near the beginning of the 3rd season.
I started the save just before shaw and lallana actually transfered so i still have them. Now my question is, how can i improve my Southampton squad?

This is my main team, (....) is/are the backups:

GK: Lee Nicholis ( none)

LB: Luke Shaw ( Silvio, Callum chambers)
LCB: Balanta, Lovren ( Semi Kaya, Frederico Fernandez, Stefan Strandberg)
RCB: -Same as above-
RB: Clyne ( Van der wiel [hired], Silvio, Chambers)

CDM: Badelj, Wanyama, [ depends on tactic]
CM: Lallana, Rafinha [barca], Ward-prowse ( Roberto Firmino)

LW: Jay Rodriguez (Walcott, Firmino)
ST: Bony ( Batsuhayi, Drogba)
RW: Walcott ( Ramirez, Weimann [loaned to Schalke], Rafinha)

I have won the BPL the 1st season and am very close winning it the 2nd, I am 6 points ahead and 7 games to go. I will have a transferbudget of around 40 million euro's

Most of the time i play 4-3-3 or 4-1-2-1-2
