How can I improve my squad?

that is a good squad you have there pal!

I would look at Willian or Douglas Costa! Get another good keeper as backup! Luarentiu Branescu maybe..

Nicolas Otamendi or Mamadou Sakho would add more strength to the backline!

sounds like you need a few more backup defenders! look at Danillo/Romario/Gabriel Silva/Renan/Schennikov

I would look to add a bit more power to the Cm, look at Fellaini or Casemiro, Javi Martinez
 
Thanks dude. Should I play the new CM ahead of Ramsey or Badelj? Also, are there any alternatives to Willian and Douglas Costa, as their respective clubs both want >30M
 
I would add a little more defensive cover to the cm positions as your team is very attacking minded! How has Camacho turned out? he can play there as a Cm - defend or ball winner just to add some bite!

see who is transfer listed as well! Maybe Valencia/Di Maria/Alex Teixeria/Jesus Navas/Diego Capel/Aiden McGeady/Marco Reus/Andre Schurrle etc :)

thats a lot of cash you have :)
try looking at the Euro Squads and choose an international player in th eposition you want At least that way he is a top player
I always get the Under 20s and play them a lot in my team as they soon start to get impressive
Or try nicking some young players off Barca or Real or Ajax seem to have top young players
