How can I post my comment on press conference?

On press conference, when you answer the questions, you have offered five replies, and below that is offered that I can post my comment.. When I write something, how can I confirm my answer?

You right your comment and then click one of the answers I beleive and your additonal comment will appear

What AldoKemp-1 said, but I have a question, does it make a difference what I comment? Because in FM10 it certainly didn't cus I said: and f*** you all ***holes and it did no difference :/
