How can i raise the price of an player?Training,playing with him?I am doing both,but nothing:|.something else?
 
it depends on your club stature, his CA and PA...
what club are you and what player are you referring to?

i am Steaua Bucharest..and i am reffering at players in general..how can i find the CA/PA?
 
well your team is not high up on the European Coefficient list im sure, so your best players are at most around the 2 or 3 million mark, if you had to get someone say for eg: Messi or Ronaldo right now, their max value would be around 5 or 6 million only!

i played as Dinamo Kiev, i had Guilherme on top form as well as Neymar and after about 2 or 3 seasons, their max value was around 2 or 3 million respectively!

you need to win Cups, the big Cups, ECL or Europa to increase the WW starture of your club, as your club grows so do the players inside it ;)
