How can I sign a World Class Player from a Top Club like Man City, RM, Chelsea?

I am playing as Arsenal, season 2018-2019 now, I've won the last 4 EPL, 3 of 4 of UCL, and a constant finalist/winner in FA Cup and Capital one, both i use young squad.

Im top of the Club rankings for the last 3 years I think. But sadly, All of my top targets are from big clubs, and they wont sell them. All of my targets Admire me as everymonth I declare interest for them. The list:G

G. Peruzzi (28m) (ManCity)- 1+ year in my target list, "To play to arsenal is my dream". Yet Mancity wont budge even for 120m..2 years in a row best performer. Status after I declare interest : "Considering Options". But do not become unhappy or force some transfer.

Varane (45m) (RM) -almost Same with peruzzi but with "Interested in moving". Media says he is considering options, but status dont reflect that. Need him as balanta is too inconsistent and short.

Stanciu (40m) (Dortmund) - Same with peruzzi. Thought I can get him pretty easy as he is only in dortmund, but no!. 120m isnt enough.

Other are Alaba, Nastasic.


Is there a way to get them? they are going to hit age 28 soon, but i still want them.. Any tips?

RM, Dortmund, Mancity wanted my players, i even offered the players they wanted + 100m, but they said unacceptable.

Keep bidding and declaring interest with them and hope they put a transfer request in. Keep your club rep up and hope those teams have a bad season and the players get frustrated. Be nice to the managers in press conferences also as this will improve your relationship with them and will give you a better chance of getting your bids accepted.

Unless the clubs have a horrid season, it's highly unlikely that the players will put in a transfer request. Also, if those respective players are indispensable to the club, they won't accept bids, no matter what you do (unless you go totally nuts over 200 Million or so.)

One thing you can do, is keep declaring interest, and constantly keep offering bids (Not the suggest feature, actually make the offer.). Sometimes, they get unsettled, but it's few and far between.

But the flip side to doing this very frequently, and more times, is your players getting unsettled.. Does happen sometimes.

Overall, you're best off getting along with regens..

Same problem here.
I play Tottenham, having won the BPL, Carling Cup and Europa League in 2015, won FA-Cup, came to Semi-finals in Champions League and finished 2nd in BPL in 2016.
Now I want to add Jordan Henderson to my team. First of all I declared interest in January 2016 and he said that he'd love to become part of my team, in summer he even said that it were a dream to play for a team like Tottenham. Further, I belong to his favourite personnels and I signed one of his favourite Backroom Staffs (although I have to add that Brendan Rodgers as 'pool manager belongs to his favourite staff aswell).
But even really high offers are rejected by Liverpool and Henderson is also just considering his future (the article says he'll decide in a few days, but no further message...).

I have 70 Mio. € plus a part of the expected fee of 45 Mio. for Eriksen and Lennon, my squad is built and he's my only remaining transfer target. What can I do to add him to my team (he's the only British player fitting my purpose).

I just hate it when other lower team (PSG, Man U) want to sign my players, some of them became unhappy if I didnt let them talk to the club. I almost lost Goretzka this summer, he was unhappy and wanted to be transfer because PSG offered 45m Euro and i declined it immediately. Almost sold him for 55m as our relationship is ruined, though hold him and after a month, he was Okay again.

How's that not happening to my targets!

I think it's tougher than ever acquiring players. there are some that just don't want to change clubs or their clubs simply won't sell short of a blockbuster 200M+ In FM2013 it was more reasonable. I was able to negotiate Bale down to 70m+ transfer deal. Etc. But in FM2014 the big clubs ask for ridiculous signing fees. I'd say, look for reasonable alternatives. In FM2014 the guys that I want but can't get are Kovacic and Pogba. Oh well, Lucas Romero is pretty darn good. So are Waynama and Schneiderlin. Perhaps just need to set your sights on someone else. Also - Lewandowski has never been interested in signing with my club. He ended up at Real Madrid instead and he is putting up monstrous numbers. I think I need to be a different club than Liverpool to attract him. Might try to get him in a new save. Maybe I'll play as Bayern cos that is listed as one of his favored clubs.

Eh, I was able to get Lewandowski and Pogba as well;; Can get Kovacic if I want to, however I don't need him;; Although I'm United, so that could possibly be the factor;;

I got Kovacic for 11.2 M after the first season in the game.
