How can you make non-playable national teams playable?

I think it's by either;

A: Loading all players from said nation [Andorra, San Marino, etc.]
B: Creating the leagues in Editor.

I gave up wiv the german 1. How do u do teams like andorra?

I've had the chance to apply for Iraq, Palestine and a few other nations so it should be possible.

You have to select the players for that nation as taida said. If you want a selection of national teams then you can 'add all players from top division' and select Europe etc...

Some teams, like Japan are populated with mostly made up players though.

If you want to manage Holland and Germany just follow the link above (FourFourTwo) and delete the file. Then start a new game.
