How come I can't offer a player to certain clubs, but only "All Human Clubs"?

This pretty much happens with all players, even when other clubs are beginning to get interested. So like with the older FM games I wanted to offer a couple of players to certain clubs each, but the only option I get in the transfer thing is to offer to all human clubs, which I don't really want to do.

because if you read the bottom, it says the message will be faxed to EVERY CLUB, except human clubs

therefore every club will be faxed it, but if you have a friend playing u want to offer him to, you must select all human clubs too

Yeah correct steve thanks 4 that bit of information confused me a bit but i found it out when i got offers from teams Man Utd ETC.

Thanks, I respect what you say is true, but I must phrase my question more clearly. I mean, I don't want to offer a player specifically to ALL CLUBS if you know what I mean, as in the older versions it had that option and then offer to specific clubs as in certain continents only, or I could for example, in my case as "manager" of west brom, offer Diego Tristan who I don't want to Athletico Madrid only, but now that options gone, but gives you an option to offer a player to ALL CLUBS where the offer is "faxed to everyone". That takes the realism out of the game I think in a way, since when would a club fax something to "every single club on the planet" in effect, or just about.

yeah i was confused about this at first too

i think the reason they took it out is so many ppl just "offer to all" as they want a quick sale. therefore by faxing every team u r more likely to find a buyer.

we cant change that in the game so i guess we just got to live with it lol

although i do understand what your saying
