Eh? Are you looking to create a retired person?
Go into Data Editor and Load Database. Click People on the left-hand column, and in the bottom-right there is a button named Add. Just click that and enter in your details but BE SURE TO MERGE THE DATA otherwise you won't be able to edit this again.
