How do determine improvement in attributes

is there a way for me to see how my training is improving or worsening attributes for each player. I recall in Fm of the past you would see an attribute in red or green indicting the positive or negative affect of your training etc Is that possible in FM 12? BTW I know that there are arrow indicators but I need something much more specific.

On different skins you have a tick box in attributes to show the change up or down. It is still there but don't know if its every skin.

Click on the attribute and you can see a graph thing showing how they've progressed in the last year. Might be 18 months, can't remember.
