How do downloadable trainning tactics work?

Hello mates,
how do downloadable trainningtactics work? how do i use them? and can anyone advise me on some good ones? thank you very much!

welcome mate

1) download the one you want
2) if it is WINRAR'd extract it
3) take the file and place in the schedules folder found in mydocs/sportsinteractive/fm11
4) in game go to training, select the schedules tab bottom left then click IMPORT and load from there

thanks a lot mate! : ) but when i was searching for some trainning scheduals, i found a specific one just for youth players, but i dont know how i can i assign a specific trainning schedual just for U19 (youth squad), could you teach me how to do it please? thanks!
