How do I check my achievements on stream?

I usually just play the game and ignore the achievements that pop up at the bottom of the screen. I have however been doing well recently and have been unlocking a lot of them and have never checked them before so I have no idea how to check them.

Could someone please give me a step by step guide please.

I'm sure the solution is simple.
