In the editor click Add Nation Rules, and select "add additional leagues to current structure"
Then click on the league you want to add fixtures for (eg: Premiership) and the tick the box that says "use custom fixtures"
A fixtures tab will then appear, click that and you can add you're own fixtures there.
Be warned though, unless you have a fixtures file to import, you have to input each fixture individually yourself.
