How do i create my own Team Badge?

G'day Folks,
I've read many thread's in here about Team Badge's people asking for other's to make a Badge for them, but i'd like to make my own Badge and put it as my Team's badge.

What im asking is how do i put my Badge in the FM folder's so it will appear in-game?.

Sean I have been looking at some of your work on here and it is fab to say the least I have created a club called Orlando Fusion FC unique ID 1394631310 and really want a logo, really tried to do it but struggled can you help me,
I want the following to have this image

with the Orlando Fusion FC in Futuristic writing in a crest. please help

also I want 3D kits in the style of Villarreal home colours with puma logo and Orlando Fusion across the middle please could you help and show me or create this for me and tell me how to download to my Team. Thanks
