how do i delete teams from divison in editor

ive downloaded harrys gibraltar database, and i cant use it so went into editor and its saying the rules are wrong there are 22 teams in premier division and 40 in b league, i am trying to remove the teams but when i click remove nothing happens, can anyone help me with this?

You Could try duplicating the leagues the leagues then add the teams in this would also mean though you would have to remove the leagues from the nation rules and add the new leagues and change rules

Go into the profile of the clubs you are trying to remove & manuely change their division to whatever is desired.
