How do i get a tactic in my game which someone has uploaded?

Hi everybody,ive seen a few good tactics on here which look pretty good,although when i goto download them,it comes up "open with..." what program do i use to open it?

do not open with anything mate.. they are .tac files and just need to be cut and pasted into your tactics folder then imported in Fm13..

some tactics (like my M&M have been zipped so you just need to have WINRAR installed to extract it as they contain two or more tactics)
 
Can you suggest a good 4-2-3-1 raikan?
