How do i get decent players to sign for my club Crawley ?

i find with lower leaugue is get loan players and your assitants advice players can be quite good

if you can get him liam o brien (gk ) is well good
 
Because your club's reputation is bad and you don't have the money to give them the basic salary they want when they join clubs.
 
ok thanks for help, i will start spending when i have guided them to League 2 :)
 
Been there... Ask assistant to filter out unrealistic targets works well although you will miss out on some players...

Never ask them to filter out unrealistics, because you will miss a lot of gems.

Also the key rules are :

Patience, yes you should spend an hour trawling though stats and players because that way you will find the gem
Patience 2 : Just because he doesnt want to join in June doesnt mean that hes fed up and ...yes...desperate by December !
