How do I get my addons to work/

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question or not but anyway;

I just downlooded a few graphic packs (English Premier League badges, EPL kits and Bundesliga badges) but I have no clue how to get the installed. I can't find anything to do with logos or kits in my game's documents.
