How do i get the best out of Mirko Vucinic

I'm in my first season of arsenal (just started by the way) I did a swap deal(free transfer) vucinic for Robin van persie ( let's be honest he's always injured and plays more of an AMR (inside foward)

I kno vucinic is pretty good but how do I get him scoring loads ?
Im using a 4-2-4 tactic and I've got chamakh as a target man. Does vucinic do really? Like say 20-25+ a season?

Hopefully he'll be the right striker I need :)
 
I had him doing a challenge with Roma and used him as a poacher i think. He played really well with 15-20 goals and at least 15 assists. Have a look at Menez he is quality aswell
