how do i get the USL league playable?

I want to start a game with the Dayton Dutch Lions from the USL league, but i noticed that the lower league in the us is not playable!!

is there any patch or mod out there, that enables me to play the US lower leagues?

i would do it myself if i had better skills myself, but with those compicated special transfer rules im not even trying it

maybe there is someone who would pick up the challenge or can help me out with a good "how to" for getting that league ingame.

it is not possible to recreate the system fully in reality, because SI recreated the base system terribly wrong, and then there's a problem with play-offs etc. Anyway, a fix might be created for .3, and then someone will recreate the American system
