How do i install skin?

I followed you tutorial on the front page, but when i got into my Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2009 folder there was no folder in there that said "skins" so i made one, Put the Folder in there and went to Football Manager, Options > Prefrences > Display & Sound looked in the skins drop down box and it wasnt there? how do i install a skin if i have created the Skins folder?

Are you definitely putting the folder in the stuff under "My Documents" section?

No, because my Sports Interactive folder is in Program Files. is this the problem?
