Try to boost morale in the squad.
Make sure your tactics are working.
And ultimately WIN.

Were you in good form before and it all went pear shaped, or have you always been playing poor?

i don't think it is the tactic because earlier in the season i was beating the likes of Chelsea 2-0 and stuff and was 1st in the championship but now i am rapidly falling and am now 6th and just lost 8-0 to burnley :o

^ I was in good form, well great form!

Try tweaking the formation or using different team talks :)

If morale is low give your players new contracts, this should make them happy. Arrange a friendly against a **** team, give them a good thumping and the teams morale will go up. I've only done this once and drew 1-1 with Stevenage, doh! Also try playing a different tactic. The other teams might have worked out your style of play. You could also try bringing in some players who weren't doing well for you earlier in the season. Giving them another chance might just give them a boost. And you can try having a chat with some of your players, tell them they need to start performing better. This could back fire so choose your words carefully.

make a friendly match again lower team, get a result like 4-0, maybe it can improve your team morale, i try it before, and sometime its improving my team morale:)

yes, just like dickybran say, make friendly match..sorry not read before posting

Weird that, it was Burnley thrashing me in my save that forced me to change my formation (worked btw), and I was in great form before that happened too.

Other things to add, talk to your players about performance individually. If you tell them the right things (you haven't played well recently, try to pick yourself up, you played well last game, keep it up etc), then they will get a slight morale boost which will help the results to come back.

Also, criticise less than you would normally in accordance with performances. If you get loads of chances, but lose anyway, sympathise rather than say you're disappointed. If you play well against a big team but lose anyway, say you're elated.

Hope that helps.

Have you been rotating players properly? If you have tired/unhappy players form will drop.

most my players have superb, very good and good morale. There fitness is all about 95 otherwise they don't play and i tryed changing my tactics but im rubbish at it i can only seem to get one tactic working :(

What I did was just aim for draws, I occasionally went on runs where I lost 5 in a row, so I played a 5 in midfield, and one upfront on his own, no attacking midfielders, just a flat 5 man midfield and I got 2 draws in a row, told the players "Well Done" etc and the morale went up, then I just attacked games and my poor form was gone.

With players on poor morale or worse, speak to them about match performance. Morale might go up or it might go down, but if morale is poor anyways, you aint got much to lose.

-Play fit players ie 95%+ fitness levels
-Drop players not playing on form, even just for 1 match

this constantly happens to me and sheffield wednesday :P just arrange a friendly in a time where you might not have any games for a long amount of time eg like 10 days or something so arrange a friiendly against the really low teams that are so bad they aint even in a league on fm and smash them to raise morale :P

only 11 games left not much time for a friendly...

I am playing a 4-4-2 with wingers pushed up.
