How do I register players in fm21 ask on fm-base?

I'm new to the game and I got an email saying I need to register 15 players to be available only for the first team this season. Clicking on it takes me to the squad but I have no idea of how to actually register the 15. I must do this before advancing. Any help would be appreciated ask on fm-base?
