How do i save a team selection on FM16

I'm fairly new to Football manager, i had it last year and loved it. i can't figure out how to save a team selection. Thanks in advanced

Assuming you are using a default skin, go to tactics, then under the team instructions button there is a different button that says "Quick Pick" with a drop down menu. Click that then go to Team Selections, and you can then save a team selection!
