how do I send staff on coaching courses?

The guides on the internet (for older game versions) have that option when you click on a staff member but I cannot find that anywhere in FM2022. Thanks for help

Hi! Sometimes you can't send them on course, but when you have, easiest is like this:

Right click on the stuff member and if there's an option, you can click on it. If not, maybe he finished his course lately, or failed, so you'll have to wait a bit ( how long, no idea, haven't tested it).
