How do i show people that goals i scored

I Think i might have scored one of the best goals so far. 17 yards out of my own box aaron lennon chips it from there and manges to score i want to post this goal but i dont know how to. do i need a capture card? if not how do i do it?

I think if you log into your youtube account in your fm game, you can import your highlights as a youtube video? I've never done it but i assume thats what happens

go to the after game thing and it will say upload my goals

u might have to log you account in 1st though
