How do i start the game as manager of both national team and club side

Is there a way of starting a game as manager of both Leeds and Scotland? The only way I can think of is to set up 2 managers at the start and I don't want to do that.

You don't to my knowledge. I think that you have to become the manager of one of them and with success you can apply for the other job and keep both. I find it slow and annoying managing both club and country though to be honest. It shouldn't be allowed in my opinion.

win the World Cup or UEFA European Championship with Scotland, then add a dummy manager with Leeds Retired then apply for the job, I done that with Man Utd, I never wanted the job but they gave me it :'( I wanted the Real Madrid Job
