How do I unzip rar files?

I am trying to unzip rar files I have downloaded 7zip and unsure what to do next please help!!

Right click the file you want to unzip/rar and click "extract here" or "Extract to > Location".

Right click on zip/rar file > 7zip > Extract here

I havnt got extract file on the right click.

I would recommend using Google to find help, as it will be better and more specific to 7Zip. However, you should be able to just click 'Extract Here' or something like that to extract the contents from inside the ZIP file to the folder containing it. I have not used 7Zip before, personally, (I prefer WinRAR) so sorry, I can't really help you much there.

Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2012 > Graphics > face

after you've done go into FM 12 and go to display and "click on always reload"
