How do I upload a tactic?

I currently have a save with Newcastle on the go ( I skipped 10 years to 2021) and the tactic i am using is working exceptionally well.
So i just wanted to ask if anybody knew how to upload a tactic?

Just click " downloads " at the the top of the forum--Tactics--- add file
