How do u get an international job?

i have been playing for bout 5 seasons now and am a scottish manager at ath.madrid and have been offered thebrazil and spain job but wen i accept it never allows me to then be ther manager and jus keeps asking me if a want the job. is getting very frustrating,can anyone help?
 
I think its a bug on one of the earlier patches. I use 10.2 and the problem's gone
