How do upload or copy a save?

I think my save is corrupt, so i cant access it as it can't load. I need to upload the save to ftp.sigames.com so they can fix it. I dont know how to upload a save or whatever.
A step by step guide would be really appreciated aswell as any information!!! Cheers.
