How do you arrange an intra-squad friendly?

In my second season with West Ham and Steve Clarke has had a nightmare and only arranged about 2 preseason matches. I was wondering if anyone knows how to arrange an intra-squad friendly? No other teams seem to want to accept one and I'd like to raise fitness levels before the season begins.

Sorry if this isn't in the right place or if this is a double post - I did have a look around before posting.

just select arrange friendly under fixtures and then select reserves or under 18s

Well that was easy. I wouldn't bother playing your U18's though
