how do you change the tactics back to normal from classic tactics?

Change to classic mode should really be a huge red button 'Don't push this if you want to go back'

wont reinstalling the game solve the problem?
I think he just means he has created 1 tactic that he converted to classic and wants to change it back to modern which he cannot do! you dont have to reinstall anything 
however if he did not make a copy of the original tactic (modern one) after he saved it and overwrote it he has lost it...
no wait, it should be saved differently, one will be C (classic) and the other normal, just check in mydocs/sportsinteractive/fm12/tactics or import archived tactics from the menu
