How do you change your font on FM2010?

Hi, How do you change your font on football manager because i noticed several stories have the standard skin but with a customized font. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

What I did was use the resource archiver to get the fonts foler, put it in my documents and overwrit which ever font I wanted to change...probably not the right way but hey it worked...
