How do you create a skin?

Yeah, that's basically it. I want to try to make a skin in my own language. I have googled but haven't found any guide to make a fm 13 skin. Is there anyone who can help me and give me heads up for it?

I have found guides for 2012 and 2010 skins but not for 2013.

It's exactly the same, but the measurements etc will be slightly different.

You pretty much need to be an expert in design and Photoshop; I tried - once - and failed. Miserably.

Yeah.. i guess so. But what if I just want to translate the game? Just translate all texts to icelandic, is that as much of a problem?
