How do you create skins?

If you search there internet there is a good few guides but ill tell you now its very very hard work

The way I do it is easy and you can make great looking skins from it too.

Download a skin you like the look of, i chose the bbc sport one. Then open the files, and edit what you like! Right click on what you want to edit, click on open in then photoshop, or paint if you don't have photoshop. This is an easy way to make a skin, and if done well, can look great too.

Yeh but that is not creating a skin is it ?? that is just editing a skin he wants to create his own not edit one that some 1 has made
