How do you do this?

Hey guys, I was wondering how can I change the size of the kit on my screen? I've seen a few screenshots being put up showing the size of the kit is bigger than usual during the match. I've seen most with smaller sizes. How do I change to the bigger ones?

The bigger ones are downloaded from one place or the other, so they're not SI's in-game kits. I've downloaded some for the Premier League and they are bigger than the usual ones. I like the smaller ones to be honest. They look neat.
