How do you get to data editor???

I have looked everwhere for data editor and i just cant find it can any1 help me pls ????

If you have installed the game using Steam then it can be found in....

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2009\tools\data editor.

If not I presume it will be similar but in...

C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\tools\data editor

And then just double click on data editor.exe to run it.
