im in my 2nd season with blackpool and on the verge of having a shuffle around, i no i need to as they would say "out with the old, in with the new", but theres no one in my squad that stands out. does anyone else have these problems when selling players and how do they determine on who to sell.

If there are some players that are getting old you may want to consider getting rid of them.

Unused players with high wages.
Under-performing players with high wages.
Players who are being kept out by other players. e.g. if you have 3 LB's try and get rid of the worst one.

That's pretty much all I can think of.

all of the above, if two players are similar i usually sell the one who can fetch the highest value

What you could also is, if they're old enough, and approaching the end of their careers and are short staffed, see if you can make them start coaching. Pretty much what i did in my everton save when I was short staffed. Told Phil Neville he would make a good coach, he wanted to start straight away and bang...on my coaching staff. But if the rest are chewing up cash and are never used, or are just pants, like other people said, just get rid of and start rebuilding.
