how do you know when youve finished a career?

Just wondering when you know youve finished a save.

Do you set out a target when you make the save, like win the champions league with chelsea, etc, and once youve done that, stop playing, or do you just keep going until u get bored or that save?

Just keep going till I get bored. I usually have 2 saves on the go at a time, play one till I get bored then switch to the other. When that one gets boring the other usually seems more interesting again and I play that one again.
