How do you 'lure' a player in

Hello

I have been trying to 'lure' in a player for my Toulouse story but I can't seem to unsettle him. I have praised him AND said I 'want' him, but he isn't unsettled or anything. When I scout him it says he would be slightly interested.

Any help will be appreciated.

praise him, then say you are interested in him, then sign him, that's my approach , and works for me

Because toulouse isn't really a big european team, it will be harder to get them to want come....the only ways is to praise them and say you want them...dunno really sorry

If it says slightly interested he should come if you offer him a contract.

If you praise him too much and he acts negative the first time
Your just building your disliked status on the player
The more you bother him if he does not like you, The more he will dislike you.
Keep that in mind.
