How do you make a .dbc file into a rar/zip or whatever?

Download & install WinRAR from here: WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

I will use test.dbc as an example.
Right click on the .dbc file and there should now be options to 'Add to Archive' and a few others but the one you want is 'Add to "test.rar"'.
A .rar file should be created in the same location as your .dbc file.
