How do you make your own team ?

hi can someone talk me through how i can make my very own team and add myself into that so team ?

I am happy to try, I added my sunday-league club onto FM12 last year, and the editor has barely changed (If at all)...

In either the FM11 or 12 editing sub forum there's a detailed thread explaining exactly how to add a club into the game, make players and add custom kits/logo's. I'll see if I can dig it out.
